We are a volunteer organization and do not charge for our appearances. However, we strongly encourage a donation to be made in our name to a local charity. Please note that accommodating an event request is solely dependent on the availability of volunteers.

COVID-19 has a significant impact on the possibility for us to attend events. All appearances confirmed by our event coordinators will be on a provisional basis as we monitor the situation surrounding the pandemic. The safety and health of the visitors to your event and our members are important to us.

Outpost42 and the 501st Legion is a volunteer organization and does not accept payment for appearances, we do however love to support local charities. Will a donation to charity be made by you on behalf of Outpost 42?

Can we invite Rebel and Bounty Hunter characters to this event? (from partnering Star Wars costuming organisations, make sure to read the Appearance Terms and Conditions about contacting the other clubs)
